Do you ship outside the United States?

Over the years, our reach has expanded. Now, we are already serving the needs of people in many countries outside the United State. You can check out what places we cover at the upper right-hand corner of the landing page. There is a dropdown menu there. Just in case you still did not see the name of your place of residence there, it means that we do not have yet the facility to service your place. For these cases, rest assured that we are doing all we can to be able to serve you soon.

Do you custom made?

Just recently, we have added the custom-made feature in the products that we provide. Now you have the opportunity to design your own bags depending on your likes and preferences. For more information on this, you can contact our customer representatives via email.

How to pay for online purchases?

We accept payment via PayPal and major credit card companies such as Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Diners.

Do you provide insurance for our purchases?

Request for insurance is possible however, this is with an additional payment that would depend on the weight of the products that you will buy from us. You can indicate your preference for insurance at the remarks section upon checkout or you can also coordinate with our Customer Service Representatives so they can assist you on the right steps to take. Insurance is also dependent on the courier of your choice.
